Yin Yoga with Sound Bath

Yin yoga is a gentle but effective practice in which muscles and fascia are stretched and released. Our tissues hold tension, stress, and emotions, often keeping this energy trapped. This grounding, mat-based approach of holding poses 3-5 minutes gives yogis of all levels the opportunity to release what no longer serves you.

In this unique offering, Aimee guides us through the poses while Krista uses vibrational healing to further ease the body and mind. We look forward to honoring you in your present moment and guiding you through this grounding practice.

More About Yin Yoga?

A great practice for beginners, and a superb compliment to athletic training , Yin is an introspective grounding, mat based practice. You will be gently guided into poses held for 3-5 minutes, allowing connective tissue to stretch.

Yin gives you a great opportunity to leave self- judgment at the door and be intentional on your mat. Yoga translates to so many aspects of our lives.

Aimee is passionate about providing a safe space that is inclusive of all. She invites you to discover your own health journey as she guides you through your practice.

Meet Aimee

Aimee found a passion for yoga after her move to New Glarus in 2015. In an effort to connect with people in the community, she participated in her first yoga class. It was a life changing experience. Not only did she connect with amazing humans she also learned to connect to her mind and body. The power of movement, self-awareness, and learning to stay in the moment (and it is a daily practice) lead Aimee into a deeper study of yoga. In 2022 She earned her 200-hour yoga certification with a focus on Yin Yoga.
