Beginning October 5th, regular classes held on Saturdays at 10 am.
Qigong (pronounced “Chee Gong”) is a traditional Chinese practice that combines movement,
meditation and breath regulation to improve the body’s natural energy flow.
This ancient practice is based on the idea that a person’s life force or QI flows freely through
the body and that good Qi circulation leads to good health.
Good health, well-being and energetic thriving are the harmonies which hold our life force in
natural balance.
As we each entered this Earth, the first breath we took animated us. It’s when our life force
began. Our form (our body) contains pathways and meridians seen and unseen through which
our life force circulates.
Qigong is the practice that allows that energy or life force to flow masterfully as, through and
about us.
